1. Shipping


We only ship to buyer's registered Paypal address. We are not responsible for any incorrect/insufficient address provided. 
 
Buyer has responsibility to provide correct shipping address, by default, we would follow the paypal shipping address to process shipment. If buyers want to change the shipping address, please contact us before place order. If item cannot be delivered successfully due to the address issue, we won't refund the postage fee. Please make sure your shipping address is deliverable. 
 
2. Packaging

All of your order will be carefully packaged for safe shipping. No matter how much it values! 



3. Delivery Time

We use the most economic and fast shipping channel for worldwide delivery.

In-stock items usually can be shipped 1-3 business days after payment received (We need to transfer items from our ware house to the international shipping center which gonna take around 2 days).

Delivery time varies based on your country and the shipping method you choose. The estimated delivery period is as below:
ePacket (For small package below 2kgs): 25 business days to Mexico; 7-20 business days to most of the other countries/regions.
E-Express: 5-15 business days to most countries/regions
EMS large parcel: 8-30 business days to most countries/regions

4. Track your package

The status don't update until after 4-25 business days (based on the shipping option and your delivery location). This is because the first half journey is done by China Post. You could track it when it arrives in your country and gets transferred by your local postal service.

We usually declare low value for all shipping to all countries. But please leave us a note when placing your order if there is special amount required for your country's customs declaration. We could provide Invoice as well per as your request. Please kindly note that we would do our best to help you but we are not responsible for customs taxes if any.

6. After-sales service

For TF toys, if your item has been damaged during shipping, please DO NOT open Paypal case which don’t always help you solving the problems. We strive to offer the best shopping experience. If you find issues with your order/item received, please do communicate with us by sending an email to 1220332158@qq.com and give us a chance to make it right for you. Stuck with a figure with problems is no fun. On the other side, sending us back the item and having us to pay high shipping because your figure can't hold the gun perfectly, is harmful to the community too. We are a reseller, we do not manufacture any figures nor have any control over how the figures are made. Our customers want sealed boxes, human error happens during the manufacturing process. We will make things right for you. Please contact us with clear pictures and detailed problem description and we will send you replacement parts in the first place (It may take 1-4 weeks to get the replacement parts from the factory).
